NO REFUND POLICY:
There is absolutely NO REFUNDS on websites once payment (Deposit or Full) has been paid and work has started. Client has 12 hrs (if no work has started) to cancel any payment for complete reversal.
Paid with eCheck? No Website Job order will start until Payment has cleared.
No Refunds, exchanges of any sort on any Discounted, Special Deals/Offers, Special Favors, etc... website offers.
There is a 14-day start / communication time on website jobs from point of purchase.
No communication from client within those 14 days, will result in your site template being deleted and no refund(s) granted or allowed.
FYI: If your files are still on our servers and able to be recovered, than a Re-Open fee
is required to fetch files and restart the process.
